Those of you that have powers, pay very close attention. Those that do not, feel free to skip straight to the application. Here is where I will list every "super-power" or ability that has already been taken, whether by super hero or villain.
Everyone will have one main ability and as you roleplay, the chancellor just might sneak up on you and engage you in a surprise event where you discover you have a sub-ability. There will not be any duplicates. If you aren't sure what to choose, in your app just write "surprise me" and the chancellor will engage you in a special event where you discover your superpower or click here for a random selection.

How you gain or discover your abilities is up to you. You can be an alien immigrant or escaped prisoner taking shelter on Earth. Fall into a vat of acid. Get bitten by a radioactive spider or just be born with abilities. It doesn't particularly matter, just have fun.
