With many fans awaiting their Korean comeback, CEO Godfrey Gao has announced that the group will not promote their comeback, instead a subunit called M & W and later on a subunit called L.I.V.E. A. Although as an apology to disappointed fans, he has released the group's Chinese and Japanese song and also the Korean versions of both songs.
CEO Godfrey Gao explains why the group's promotion has been delayed, "After Suho had put himself in a temporary hiatus from the group. Jinhwan and Yongguk also followed in his steps and put themself in a hiatus in order for them to have some relaxation time to themself. Taehyung later followed in a short hiatus in order for him to focus on his studies. With four out of the six members left, there was no possible way I could promote their comeback. So instead, Myungsoo and Woohyun will be making a debut of a new Sub Unit called M & W and once Taehyung comes back from his hiatus, the three will focus solely on the next subunit called L.I.V.E. A, this group will focus mostly on vocals and both subunits will release a mini album. I have already picked out a debut song for L.I.V.E. A."
With all this comotion, it has also been confirmed that L.I.V.E.'s first concert has also been canceled, but those who bought tickets will be able to participate in the next two ones.
