Admin ~Tali again, I wanted to give a full explanation of how and why I do the pairings so perhaps you all can make this less time consuming and have less frustration yourselves with your paired. I'll start by saying that I read and make notes on ever character ensuring I get the kids age, the Father's past, and what he desires in his partner into consideration. This is part of why the process takes so long. I do not simply pair you based on if you are a top or bottom or switch. (Though I do admit it comes into play) If you feel you are getting paired with guys who jut aren't what you are looking for please PM TOP and with any updated information and I will add it to my notes and try harder to pair you better. I know I can't make every one happy, but I hope you at least make some friends in the process.
With the idea of making the process better and faster please do the following. IF YOU ARE NEW--> Reply to this with a comment on if you would like to be paired. IF YOU ARE NEW but not ready to be paired please let me know, after two rounds I will be looking into why.
If you have been through this before please let me know if you want to change partner. There is no need for explanations, but I need one of you to let me know you want to try again. IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK UP I WILL TAKE THAT AS A SIGN YOU DON"T WANT TO CHANGE PARTNERS!!

THIS IS OFFICIAL NOTICE THAT IF YOU GO INACTIVE YOU WILL NOT BE PAIRED AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM PAIRING ALL TOGETHER FORCING YOUR PARTNER TO REPAIR, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY ADMIN OF THE HIATUS.
I need to know everyone has read this, so even if you do NOT plan on making a change just say "read by TOP" for example. That's good enough.
