Trois At the beginning, Infinite and Chimera do have powers.
The infinites can summon it anytime they wish to. But because they aren't divine, they can't fully control their powers, it often outrages. Until they're divine, they then shall be able to release their utmost power.
The chimeras can summon their powers too, but because they aren't divine yet, their powers are lost within their own medium, unable to release. So they are 'saints', perfectly harmless. Until they are divine, they then shall be able to surface their abilities.
Quatre Divine powers are infinite, that is why there is a bloodline called 'infinite'.
They basically can summon any kind of power they wish (ex. invisibilty, flight, teleportation)
Cinq OOC? Hall is recommended, but anywhere is alright as long as brackets are used.
