The information and some clearifications

The world of seorsum;

" seorsum means apart in latin."

 The world of Seorsum is  broken into five parts, in the center is locate Venus City where all the women live, to the north is The Gentle Genbu, to the east is The Powerful Seiryu, to the west is The Strong Baihu and to the south is The Wise Suzaku. Men are forbidden to enter the city of Venus expect for Mating Month.  But interaction between men and women are allowed so long it's happens in the borders of Venus City and the men's own ring.

The men chose their rings by their strongest personality trait ; for example ; key is very wise and intelligent so naturally he picked The Suzaku which are known as the wise men. While someone like TOP who is cunning and charming went with The Seiryu who are known for being devlish handsome men. Each Ring are based of this simple idea, most women go for their ideal type, some like the charminng men while others  like the gentle or the aggressive men.  

So Mating month; is manditory holiday that the government has created to help  repopulate the world but because it happens all at once not every is being watch. So it is entirely up to the male and female to choice if they want to have or not, through it is manditory for them to be together -- it is their choice what they do with the time.

Now only during Mating month men are allowed inside Venus City, other then that time of the month if men and women wish to interact with each other. They do it at neutral sectors that every ring has -- neutral sectors are where they can have lunch, hang out or get to know a women better. The activies they can do together change depending on which ring the men are from. The men in the East are closer to the ocean so they are allowed to take women to the beach, while mean in the North can take the women to the moutains.
