In search of one more Admin

what you need !

Alright so I want to add at least once more admin to this Roleplay before I wanna open this up. I build this Roleplay up all by myself till now and I surely am in need of some helping hands.

So if anyone is interested in becoming an admin the Love Of Men RP, please be aware of the following rules and informations:

>> Due to the Roleplay still being closed there is still waiting alot of work of promoting the Roleplay to gain lots of members. <<

>> Even after the RP opened and runs smoothly, 5 minutes of checking isn't enough! You have to be aware that there are things that need to be taken care of as in, accepting applications, welcoming and making the RP a place everyone like to roleplay in/at <<

>> For me it is important that members feel welcome and welcomed so I would want you to welcome newbies. <<
>> Admin doesn't just mean doing welcomes, saying goodbye or checking if people return from their hiatus, it also includes to be there for others if they have problems or feel down that is what admins are also there for. <<

>> Maybe the most important point is: T R U S T ! There will be days I might be sick or too busy with real life so I want to be able to trust you that you look after the Roleplay and know that even I am not there, there is someone looking after the Roleplay. <<

>> Be aware of the rules of the RP. Know when to give out strikes and when not to. It is okay if you are strict but know when it's maybe better to listen. <<

>> All in all, just someone kind I can trust and work well with and discuss important things. <<

I know these are some points and it is okay if there are a few points you can't fulfill as long as you are willing to try your best and I can trust you I am fine. These are two things I really care about and are really really important to me. I did build it and I wanna build it up further. So if you should be interested, and I really hope someone is, please write me on this account and we can talk and figure things out ! (:
