We have decided to welcome a new element into rp, in tandem with almost going into our second year. We have decided to implement an idol council. The idol council will be a group of active 6+ members of S.A.Y who feel like they can bring beneficial ideas and help keep the rp smooth and active. Here is what each and every member of the council shall do:
Welcome newbies on walls and rooms to integrate them into the fam. This also goes for current wallflowers.
Be observant throughout the week and report back to the idol council room, things in the rp you think need to be addressed
Share ideas about events in the idol room with other council members
Leave feedback in the room by a certain date every week
Check the weekly goals in the room and attempt to complete them
Idol council members have a term of one month, and can be reelected the next month by the other idols. For this first election, you will apply by using google forms, and after we collect a pool of names, we will cast a rp wide election for the spots. By the time your monthly term ends, you may run for reelection or resign from your position. Anyone can run for idol council but the entire rp will vote, so you must be somewhat active in order to get your name out there. You have one week to send in your forms, and the final elections will take place before the end of the month, in order to have a fully functioning council ready for April. POSSIBILITY OF HIRING A NEW ADMIN.
Also, we have been thinking about hiring a new admin to handle comments and applications in the hours when the current admins are busy or sleeping. The ideal timezone would be GMT +2 - GMT +8 but that is not necessary if you are awake during the early hours of GMT-8. As well as being super active and social, you must have the time and stablity to be hired, you must have at least 400 points and you must have been here and active for at least a month. This is not a set in stone motion, but we are possibly looking for one, so please follow the google form that goes with this application:
