Good day everyone this is your CEO Jung Jihoon. First of all, I would like to formally welcome you into our company; for returning trainees, welcome back. As you know, showcases are coming soon, so I hope you guys have been preparing. I'd like to remind you that, though you have been working hard, it does not guarantee that you will debut quickly. I have strict guidelines that I want within trainees. This may be your dreams but this is my business, and business without profits are a waste of time. Therefore, if you are chosen to debut in a group, you will graduate to a rookie status, then idol, and there are rules to uphold as an idol, such as, Reliability. Your group members need you for appearances and other shows and practices. If you are not reliabile you have less of a chance to debut. Secondly, Responsibility. This goes hand and hand with reliability but this is also how you present yourself to nonidols/seniors. As an idol your actions are criticized by nearly everyone, and when you are irresponsible, whether it be from dating, confrontation, or unexplained absences, you WILL be criticized. This is what you are signing up for as an idol. Your loyalties and responsibilities should be towards the group. If not, you will have less of a chance to debut. Lastly, you will be judged on your skills. You all are talented -- that is why you've been accepted into this company, but idols are the ones who stand out among the others.
