there are some announcements we would like to tell you. so please bear yourself because the rest of this information would be longer than it usually is. so, here they are:

1. NEW ROOMS

as you read this announcement, you might notice that we have some new rooms which are:

- under the "application" category: apply as senpai; buy your house

-under the "news & profile" category: meet the senpais; award

- new houses categories: apartments; lux houses (later dorms and houses will also be added)

these new rooms are related to our new rules so as per today, we would like to officially launch our new rules (oh, relax... we do it only with the hope that the rp would be more exciting~)

2. NEW RULES

- since we have less and less single senpai, now we give every single one of you a chance to be a senpai! yes, everyone can apply as a senpai. just read the requirements in apply as senpai room.

- houses can be bought with your activity points. the housing rate is not that expensive though. for the details, you can open the buy your house room.

- not all senpai can be admin. so, we also provide the meet the senpais room to let you check who are the senpais and who are the single ones~

- all senpais must complete their profile including the personal message and description to let the others know a bit more about you.

- the awards room is basically our hall of fame. we will have lots of award and events in the future so, it's gonna be great if we can put them all in our own time capsule~

3. NEW FEATURE

if you check your profile and found something in your personal message, please don't be surprise because we might just added the latest feature for you called 'awards and badges'

you will find that 10 slots in your personal message. please do not erase that (if you accidentally erase it when you edit your personal message, please let admin sinb know. she will fix it up for you).

since we're gonna have lots and lots of events with lots of awards, we want you to have that in your profile so you can save your awards and badges. for example let's take a peek of taeng admin's awards and badges slot:

she has 3 badges already from the previous event and for being a senpai. no wonder. she's the longest one in this rp anyway ouo

that's about the new feature and now we're going to the last announcement!

4. NEW SENPAIS
