❝ Alright, as I promised you all, I think it's time to make things interesting...

As happy as I am to see you guys grow comfy here, what would I be if I expected you to forget your roots? With father's permission, I've been allowed to take you all off the island for the week to test out your alibis and your overall strength. I swear it was going to be a simple trip, but I think you've all guessed by now that nothing I do is simple.

For location, I've chosen New Orleans in Louisiana... Why? Because this week's Mardi Gras and I'd be damned before we passed that kind of excitement up. I even tried ordering custom-made voodoo dolls for everyone to celebrate, but uh... I guess rickety delivery trucks hitting bumps all over the swamps was a bad idea to begin with. The dolls are scattered and probably gone, but that doesn't change our trip!

You'll all have the chance to test yourselves with a mission of your choice, but keep this in mind--- This is Mardi Gras... The day to indulge and cut loose without the threat of judgement or societal law. Anything goes here, and you can bet your things are gonna get wild. If you've got any unfinished business or hidden desires, now's THE time to let go and let it happen.

WELCOME: Hello bbys ;; c ;; Thank you so much for being here! God, I know I probably say this so often but really-- this place would be nothing without you. I know of so many rps that die as soon as the main admin so much as logs off--- yet, here I've started my full orientation days and you guys are still here. The rp still receives love and patience and... little by little, I can see something gorgeous here. So whether you've been here from the start or you came just 5 seconds ago, thank you. MONTHIVERSARY: On that sappy note, I wanted to finally say that oHMYGODWE'REABOUTTOHITOURMONTHIVERSARY. When? Next Friday at around 1 p.m. will be our first official month. e u e On that day, I'll definitely hold an activity check, but I'm also thinking of posing a revamp! I won't close the rp or anything to do this, but I wanted to get your opinions. I might consider a.) changing the colour scheme, b.) picking up the ENTIRE rp (rooms, rp room posts, and all) and moving it into a newer version, c.) or just idk something else. No matter what, I'm cleaning out under-used rooms and inactive charries, but what would you guys prefer? I'm def leaning towards changing the scheme because I can't save EVERY post and tbh... I like how peaceful and aged the rp has become u w u

APPCHAT: oKEY SO YE. I promised this ages ago e u e;;; But basically, whenever we do events from here on in, I'll be opening up Inncognito's Appchat--- an app exclusive to the facility so members can keep up with each other! With the fake SnapChat link, you can upload and caption pics/selcas of your charrie as they embark on their adventures! Use it to pose at coffee shoppes or while you all wind down at the hotels. EXPLANATION: ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNND i'mlate... e u e;;; i'M SO RRY BBYS I J UST HAVEN'T HAD TIME B U T DW, I'LL START PREPPING FOR EVENTS WAY EARLIER IN THE FUTURE. Antywayssss.... ;;; Here we are! Our first plot-based event. What makes this one so special is that the things that happen in this event are what can ACTUALLY affect your charrie, even after it's over. So here's the low-down:

You all are now being released back into society, specifically New Orleans. You each can choose a mission to complete while you're there and under the guise of your alibi. The purpose of this event is literally to recharge your muses--- it's a way to dip back into your charrie's hollowed pasts while also trying to save face. u w u I know that you all are super busy (likemetbhwow) so please pace yourselves and don't force it if you aren't feeling it. 

STEP ONE: Choose a mission. So here are missions that your charrie can opt to complete. Find one that you think would be most muse-worthy or best fit for your charrie:

• Vendetta: settle an unmet score by "getting rid" of someone from your past.
• Unwind: let lose and break out by fulfilling your deepest desires (whether ual or anything else that applies).
• Conceal: turn over those remaining stones and loosened ends by covering the rest of your tracks (ex: moving a body you'd buried long ago, hiding a safe, or cleaning up a crime scene).
• Rendezvous: find someone or something you've been searching for--- someone connected to you, that you don't necessarily want to get rid of.
• Anonymous: you find a letter addressed to you, demanding you (not your alibi, but YOU) to commit a particularly harsh crime in public or else you'll be "exposed".

These are tasks that your character must complete (it only has to be one) while you all are out in the city. With the cover of Mardi Gras festiviities and Inncognito's spotless covert operations, you don't have to worry as much about discovery. You finally have the free reign to ignore your conscious and all you've been taught at the program if it means dipping back into your charrie's "roots". Whether or not your charrie takes advantage of this opportunity is 203482384% up to you. You can easily be tempted without actually committing to anything. You can  post your charrie's internal struggle or lack thereof, so long as you post SOMETHING in the rooms.

STEP TWO: Now that you've chosen a mission, you can rp at your own freedom. Go through each event room and make posts as your character embarks on your chosen event. This can be done singularly (one charrie making posts to himself that anyone can respond to if they want) OR in pairs (either plotted or spontaneous). Whichever you choose, just know that you have to post in ALL of the rp-able event rooms for your mission to be complete. You choose the plot and mission and even how things turn out, but the missions are just there to guide you. If you have a mission of your own that you'd like to complete, just tell me and it can probably be done! If you manage to complete the missions... you get stuff. e u e

NOW HERE'S THE THING... I know you guys are busy af, so there are different levels of this event (like a videogame), based on how long your posts are:

• EASY: your posts (and your partner's posts) can be one or two sentences long
• MEDIUM: your posts (and your partner's posts) can be a para-length
• HARD: your posts (and your partner's posts) can be multi-para/novella length

ONLY DO WHAT YOU'RE ABLE TO ;; You guys are busy, so don't force yourselves. If you complete these missions, you get:

• EASY= a voodoo badge for your collection box
• MEDIUM= badge + black magic item
• HARD= badge + black magic item + private room

What are black magic items? e u e JUST CLICK HERE! Those of you with FREE PASSES are allowed to have TWO black magic items. PLEASE NOTE that the effects of these items are strongest during this event. Even after it's over and you're all back in Inncognito, however, they still linger... Just in a much smaller quantity.

LASTLY... I dediced to spice things up a bit... Remember those customized voodoo dolls Kook ordered? Turns out that they've been mishandled and scattered all over New Orleans. Whatever happened to your doll has happened to you and will only challenge you as you try to complete your missions. Want to find out your fate? CLICK HERE. The effects of the doll only last as long as you're in New Orleans (a.k.a during this event).

TL;DR... 1.) CHOOSE A MISSION, 2.) CHOOSE A PARTNER (if you want), 3.) ROLL THE DICE (to see what happened to your doll a.k.a you), 4.) HOBBLE YOUR WAY THROUGH THE MISSION, 5.) REPORT BACK TO KOOK HERE TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE.

EASY PEEZY. IT'S JUST LIKE A FIELD TRIP BUT... a little odd. e u e;;;; For now, this event will last till next Saturday, but if it goes well or you need more time I may extend it. 

We'll be doing something a little different for our password! Because I've been so busy, I haven't had time to advertise daily like I used to ;; But I wanna let people know how great we are. SOOOO, I figure I'll just make a huGE rp blogpost geared toward new members! If you read through all of this, please leave your charrie's name and a comment for any incoming/curious newbs!
