tsunami warning:

This is your local news broadcast here to let you know of some weather patterns we have been noticing.

there have been rumors of an incoming tsunami heading our way. multiple, small earthquakes in the area, many animals have ran into hiding, refusing to come outdoors or explore far from their dens: animals have been known to sense the coming of natural disasters. not to mention, the weather has been eerily calm, set aside from the earthquakes.

this is a warning. tsunamis are known to completely devestate entire areas, killing vast amounts of people. we advise you all to stay away from the waterfront. it is extremely dangerous.

tsunamis do not just crash all at once. they come in waves, which can range from 5 minutes to 1 hour or even longer.

whether you are a hero or villain, you will need to team up and put your differences aside, at least until this passes over us. we wish you the best of luck.

so, here's the deal. it's our first event.

there will be separate rooms for roleplaying purposes for this event, so you dont have to feel like you're obligated to join in the event. this is planned out very specifically, so please take care to read the instructions and follow them!

there will be specific roles assigned to everyone participating in the event. there will be a medic, a rescuer, and a civillian. medics have the job of tending to the injuries of those affected by the events. rescuers have the job of taking the injured to safety once they are treated by the medics. and civillians? well, they're kinda just the damsels in distress, you know?

in one room, you will roll the dice to figure out what your role will be in this event.

each day, we will advance towards the safe house, which will make us safe from the impending wave. the admins are in charge of making sure that each day, we advance.

but be careful! the weather may cause a variety of things to happen. depending on your surroundings. admins will randomly tag a participant with a scenario, and you must roll the dice. odds mean you are safe, evens mean you are injured. then a medic and rescuer must help you.

the event will take place from friday, march 10th to wednesday, march 15th. please comment below your character's name and if you will be participating or not.
