♔ : event groups + one week anniversary

it is officially our one week anniversary today, as of june 14th! <- gmt -7/pacific time zone wise. thank you all for keeping this place alive and not letting it die out. the event has been changed a bit and will actually start tomorrow and end on the 17th to give people a day to think about whether they actually want to join or not and for people to meet their group memebers.

the rabb.it session time is still to be decided but it'll most likely start at a specific time and continue on for a few hours so people can join in anytime. we have the event groups sorted out with the 44 people that have commented on the previous announcement from two days ago saying they'd participate or MAYBE participate. the 'maybe' people have been scattered throughout the groups in case it turns out that they will participiate. if anyone currently wishes to join the event/trip while we are in the middle, towards the end, etc, then you will be put in a random floor/group and can then participate in the scheduled events.

an event character will be created and the schedule of our trip will be put in that 'character's profile' for everyone to see and keep up with.

• each group will have their own floor in the hotel and all seven groups will compete with other groups to collect the most room cards will get the 'best' floor with the best rooms and an amazing view.
• the admins will give you phrases as hints on ways to "access" your group's floor. only one group can use one "passage" to their hotel room(s). once one room card has been claimed, no other group may use it. i don't intend for this to last more than a day or two so after that, all groups that do not have their room card will be given a penalty along with their room card. (penalty will probably be a 'less awesome' floor and obviously, the shame of defeat). in order to 'claim' a room card, you must tag an admin in that place (or pm if tagging is not an option) and tell them the number group you're from and that you have claimed the room card. once a room card has been claimed, no one else can claim it.
