To all citizens of neon city, in order to seem more active, the ic room will now be a required place to chat and meet people. I understand we are on different time zones and I myself am bad at checking there, but we must get more people and this is one of the ways we as a group can make that happen.
I hope you all agree and if you have any suggestions please let me know. All of November I’m hoping to revamp.
