There will be only ONE pill per couple with only one exception because they are rare and it takes too much effort to make more. Only couples of two betas will be able to receive two pills. Once you take it, the effect won't go away again, so think about it before taking one. You'll get them from Metsa's alpha starting from tomorrow noon EST.
