Earn your respect
Hello Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen
It has come to our attention that there have been some tension between W1sh trainees and Petal trainees. And even though there's nothing wrong with friendly rivalry, Both Heenim and I would appreciate it if you'd still be careful with what you say. please stay civil and be a little more thoughtful with your words.
Always remember, kids. If you want someone to respect you, you have to show them respect first.
Anyway, on to the more important news. During an argument a couple of days ago some of the trainees have brought up the idea to do a battle between the companies to see who has the most talented trainees.
(I'd like to throw in that unless we're going by who has better technique in singing, rapping, dancing, etc. the term "most talented" will always be very subjective).
Both heenim and I actually support this idea, as this will give us a chance to see how good our trainees are and how much they have improved over the past few months. If you do well in this competition, chances to debut will most likely rise, so even though participation isn't mandatory, it is still advised.
Of course there will also be a price to keep your motivation up. The CEO of the loosing team will treat everyone to dinner. Depending on how well each of you do the CEOs might even give out other rewards to their trainees (e.G. early debut, solo pre-debut projects, etc.)
Keep in mind that this is promoted as a friendly competition and a chance for Petals and W1sh trainees to get to know and have a better understanding of each other. We do not appreciate any bashing and other ill-meant comments. Regardless of who wins and who loses we'd like all of you to be good sports about it.
How to participate:
please comment below which category you want to take part in. You can sign up for the competition until Thursday (Jan 11th). Anyone who comments after that will not be allowed to participate.
Each trainee will have to choose only one category (Rap, Dance, vocal) he/she wants to participate in. depending on the number of participants in one category we might even allow group performances.
We will give you time to think of a song you want to perform until next Saturday (Jan 13th). Please send the song of your choice via PM to your CEo.
The actual competition will start on the following Monday (Jan 15th).

(CEO of W1sh) (CEO of Petal)
[ OOC note:
Once again, this it not mandatory, but participation is highly recommended as, at least for petal trainees, it will highly influence your chances to debut!
even those trainees who are already set to debut are encouraged to participate as well!
Also this is an unofficial activity check ]
