once upon a time

Heyo my fav peeps. Alright, so first of all, thanks for joining this mess. I literally whipped it up in like two hours after thinking up of this idea in school. Okay, on to some admin stuff.

I'd like for all of you to know this is a self-paced rp meaning you don't have to be active every day or 24/7. i can't do that either cause school so i don't expect you to either. So if you feel the need to leave cause you're getting busy or feel like you're just taking up space, you don't have to. Just go on hiatus or semi-hiatus okay? Nevertheless, if you have to, then please do.

if you would like to plot with anybody, do take initiative to pm them yeah? That being said, all of my characters are open to plot as well.

Since we got a pretty decent number of people now, how does an event sound? I opened this place up on a whim so I'm gonna need some ideas. Once you've read this announcement, leave a comment on whether you'd like an event and leave an idea of what kind of event you'd like. Even a general idea is fine. Thanks everyone.

Jieun read this! I'm not sure what type of even would be best, really, aside from keeping it very general and suggesting interactive events? It doesn't just have to be a ball or anything of that sort, it can be something fun like changing our DPs for a week for some type of contest, etc.

Since it’s a uni au, having maybe a rush week for sororities and fraternities would be fun! For anyone who’s not interested in the whole Greek life setting though, we can have like a club and organization week and establish maybe officer positions and members and see what kinds of organizations we can come up with. I agree with psychologist that having RAs and TAs would be a fun concept, and maybe we can expand on that with possibly adding dorm rooms and on-campus living (if you want to spice it up, we can utilize point system so that doubles and singles dorm rooms + more expensive lofts can cost different points). Just a thought, excited for what you have in store!

uh i honestly am not creative- but i do agree with the ball idea, and maybe something like matchmaking? ofc it doesn't need to be romantically, but like perhaps for roommates or something like that? there could be a little competition between the people in different rooms and all too if you want to expand upon it more-

id like to second all the previous comments :') a ball or at least some form of themed event sounds like fun,
i also agree with xicewolf about maybe doing something that lets us all focus on our majors a bit more since it is too, a uni au :')

events are fun! i definitely think they help to switch things up. i think because its a university au, i would start opening it up to people being able to be promoted to positions like RAs or TAs if you want (otherwise just encourage people to start thinking about what clubs they are a part of or sports teams htey can join). this helps form a foundation for something like club-organized banquets, dances, or sporting events bc #college
