as you can probably guess from the title, yes, we will be having our very first event this friday, on the 29th! as some of you might already know, all imperial users will be headed on a trip to japan for two weeks! first off, thank you to minky for this amazing idea! i've also decided to combine the second blind dating session with this trip, hence the hold off on the original date of the matchmaking. this time everyone will be having their dates in japan! i hope everyone will have fun with this concept for the next coming two weeks.

also, before anyone panics on the 29th when they see all the rooms from upper town, lower town, and housing not there, that's because i have decided to temporarily close them for a few days since it would make it really seem like everyone is really on a trip in japan. don't worry though! i know a lot of you have ongoing threads and plots in a lot of these rooms (myself included), so i will be opening them in about 4-7 days since the event starts. i just want to see everyone participating in the event and going through with the dates. you do not have to complete your date, but i would love to see you are doing threads regarding the event. the goal for this event is to have fun! it would also be nice to see some dates be completed since none were finished in the first blind dating session.

many rooms will be added for the japan event so please roleplay there! the onliine section will of course still be available. there will also be a "hotel lounge" for everyone to meet and chat with each other in real life, instead of over the group chat.

a new feature will be added as well! that being an "imstagram" for the ♛ imperial users to upload their pictures and comment on others' pictures. please do not spam this feature with too many pictures or memes, or it may be taken out. questions about this feature can be directed to imperial! i'm also considering adding the mature chatroom since a lot of people have been wanting it, so i might be adding it soon.

furthermore, i will be including everyone in a mass tag soon ( i'm sorry, but it's only once! ) with the results on who you've been matched with for the event. keep your eyes peeled out for that. please use the cupid's roll once you've been matched because several people and i have worked hard on thinking up interesting scenarios for each of you.
