Summer event

Thank you to everyone who has casted a vote to decide the location for our upcoming event. It's been a head to head race But we'd like to announce the results now. After thoroughly checking and counting the votes, the Final result is:
Beach - 21
Mountain - 19
Both - 4
Since it's such a close result, we decided that the event will take place on Jeju island. Located in the south of South Korea, the volcanic island has many beautiful beaches with a mountain sitting in its center. By travelling there, trainees will get to experience the best of both worlds.
The event will take place over a course of three weeks. A schedule with all the activities will be posted later.
Now that we've determined the Location, let's move on to some general information.
During the Event we Would like to close all other rooms to encourage people to interact with each other in the event location. Except for the OOC room of course. If you have any objections, please comment below.
During the event, the trainees will be housing in cabins. To keep things interesting, we would like to randomly assign roommates to give everyone the chance to bond with trainees from the other company as well. We won't mix males and females though. Again, if anyone has any objections or complaints, please comment below.
Lastly, we were also thinking about making matching DPs for the whole rp again. That is, of course, if everyone wants them as well.
If you want to participate in the event, we would like to ask everyone to fill out the following sign-up sheet (Only one per roleplayer needed)

We'd be happy if many of you would participate in the event since it takes a lot of time and work to plan everything. Not to mention that it's a chance for everyone to bond and get closer.
last but not least, we'd like to thank everyone who has applied to become a co-admin of this rp. Right now we have three candidates for the position.
Moguri, Bamstastic and Tenonten.
To give each of them a chance, we will conduct trial months, so please don't be surprised or confused if you see one person being an admin one day and an other being admin the other. By the end of the trial phase we will hopefully have everything settled down.
Until then, please be nice to our new admins and bother them with lots of requests and complaints~
