a breeze fills the atmosphere, dancing through the air as it caresses the exposed skin of those outside and of those with open windows. in a shop rested along with the other buildings in magnolia springs, minnie can be seen brewing yet again another one of her potions. humming cheerfully to herself as she spins the rather large spoon inside the cauldron, she reaches her hand toward the collection of glass placed above the table by her side, each glass holding ingredients she needs for today's brewing session.
however, what she doesn't notice is that her hand has taken hold of the wrong bottle, and without even reading it, she takes the lid off with her thumb and pours the content into the liquid in the cauldron. to her surprise, a smoke puffs up and hits her directly in the face. she coughs, blinking repeatedly, as a saccharine scent fills her nose. she begins to feel lightheaded, and her eyes flutter close, her body going limp as she falls backwards.
her back kisses the floor with a soft thud, the cauldron now forgotten as she falls into a blissful sleep.
oh no! minnie has accidentally poured the wrong ingredient into the cauldron! what was supposed to be an innocent (and harmless?) potion turns out to be something else. once someone has smelled this, they will act the opposite of how they actually feel about a person. for example, you will be very lovely and friendly to those you dislike / hate, and you will be hostile to those you love! the stronger the feelings, the stronger the effect!
now this event will last one (1) week. each and every character is affected by this, even the gods and goddesses, unless it is part of their ability/race to be immune to such things. on that note, we would like to stress that whatever drama that arises from this will be strictly ic. ooc drama will not be tolerated, and we will be strict about this. do make sure to read the rules as well, as we have added a few things regarding character limits!
also, we have hidden the rooms that are the houses of the characters since we want to keep everything a little more organized. find the links to your houses in homes under the basics tab. feel free to request for one if you do not have one!
the matches will be released soon, so look forward to it! the dates will also be under the effect of the event.
