rule changes about presidency:
one more change in terms of presidency.
we admins got a suggestion recently about making presidency last a couple months rather than forever.
we thought this would be a great idea since that would also give other people a chance to run for president.
Therefore, there will be new rules for presidency. each term will be 3 months. this term starts as soon as the new presidens are elected. this new rule stands for hyunwoo as well and after 3 months, there will be a new president for sigma as well.
