So your admin (Han) is dumb and forgot to mention it when we first decided to add this to the rules. There was a specific reason as to why but that has passed so doesn't matter now.
Now for the rule change:
We added a limit to how many times a muse can be cc'ed. Now you are allowed only two cc's per face. This includes changing back to a former face as well as becoming someone new
