hi everyone, no real fancy layout to this because i'm partially lazy & tired. this announcement it to let you folks know that we will be having a one week activity check from now (january 18) to next saturday, january 25th 11:59pm. this activity check is super easy to follow to be honest. all you have to do is fill out a questionnaire & comment that you've completed it. simple right? this questionnaire is to just gain a sense of what we should do with the rp in the future + another event? something like that.
before you go over to the ac room, i want to state some things.
due to recent events, i want to say as the head admin that I am sorry that I may not meet all of your expectations. i really do not like hearing second hand information if i'm being honest, nor if things have escalated so high that it may be too late to resolve the issues or whatever the situation may be. i advocate and say to bring up anything that may concern you folks, but it does not mean i (&the admins) will handle it in the way you want it to. we all have our ways of handling situations, and honestly -- i am someone that likes to steer clear of problematic drama because it is none of my concern. if you all have a problem with someone or something, do bring it up. raise your concern. even @ me if you want to. but what we are not going to do is bring it up and then disregard it. thoroughly think through your actions and what you say.
another thing that i want to mention is to be less couple-y. i mean, who am i to say. however, that does not mean we should come off as exclusive. please be more inclusive to those that are in the rooms. i know we have our own favorites, who doesn't. just -- if you feel like you are being ignored, call it out. do not be passive aggressive about these sort of things. talk to the person/people you have an issue with, just try not to make a big ruckus. and if you need an admin, let us know. the purpose of the rp is to be hosted as a safe space for all. i must say though, do try your best to actually hold conversations; be more engaged. that's such a big turn-on honestly.
the soft chat room. is rated between pg to pg-13, to the extent of where making a dumb joke now and then is alright. if you want to post shirtless gifs/pictures of yourselves, do it in the spam room or in the (m) chats, i don't know. not everyone likes to see that/can actually turn them away from the socializing in the chatroom in general. i get it. we want to show ourselves off, but there is a right place and time for it. the soft chat room is supposed to be filled with wholesome moments, not too much on the whole i wanna get dicked down sort of ordeal. y'know what i mean?
multiple faceclaims. just for now, i've changed the rules to only allowing 2 characters per user, and if you are someone that already has a 3rd, you are allowed to keep it. only until the activity check is done, is when i will change the rule to allowing up to 4 fcs. yes. four. while i find it ridiculous and more susceptible to hogging characters, i am giving this a slide with the requirement of all 3 characters already being a participant of the rp for 2 months w/ each character having 5k points. the requirements are a bit hefty because -- well. it's your fourth one.
alrighty, well now that's settled, if you've been part of the rp since january 12 and earlier, and have not gained at least 50 points, you will need to get 100 points within the next week. i will send over a message via wall stating the specifics. but besides that, please head over here
oh wait. i forgot to mention. please give the rules a read! i have added some stuff. like --- super important things. so. in order to know that you've all made it down here, tell me something important you've read in this announcement post + something different about the rules in the description of the rp (or the mobile vers of the rules). don't stress about it too much. and again, if you have any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
