C✧S February announcement

Hello beautifuls, and hope this day sees you all well. Amazing to think we are in February already! Insane how fast January flew by. For those who have been here a while, I'm going to assume you've noticed the minor updates to the roleplay since the closing of Japan, so without further delay, let's get right into it.

1.0 } A wonderful welcome and hello to the new member on our admin team, Na Jaemin { -lait- }. Jaemin has gladly offered to join in and come help out with the admin related discussions which brings us up to four now. Thank you so much Jaemin, and I hope you enjoy your time here. A quick note to others: Jaemin does have a hectic ooc schedule so you may not see him every moment of the day but this does not mean you can't go to him for admin related purposes. Never hesitate!

2.0 } With the closure of Japan's event, admins know full well there were plots going on across the array of rooms. If anyone would like the last 4-6 posts between specific people, please notify us in the newly made Admin room which is a place people can tag and admin to ask questions without being lost to the void of a flowing chatroom. Please only use this room for roleplay related enquiries and issues. Points are off and conversations that aren't relating to aforementioned topics will be deleted.

3.0 } Roleplay updates/changes!
➠ 3.1 } Added ADMIN ROOM at the top of the core room tab, this is a place to tag any of the admins with questions/issues relating to the roleplay and/or submit suggestions for improvements and events.
➠ 3.2 } Removed idol dormitories: most people are in personal rooms now or the general chat, the need for a dorm is exceptionally low. In future, to have a group dorm, the idol group will need to have at least half the members around and someone request for it in the requests room under the information tab.
➠ 3.3 } Room tab shuffling: Rooms have been reorganised into new tabs starting with information at the top, leading down to other places before ending with the Locations which are used the least. While I understand a lot of places have their chat rooms at the top, feedback and opinions have allowed admins to decide that keeping the informational tabs at the top where they are clearly visible is the best choice of action. Calendars should be up to date with all current applicants listed for birthdays. If you are new and you are not on the calendar, please tag Yuzuru in the respected month with the day and how old you're turning so you can be added.
➠ 3.4 } Date rooms: In future, date rooms requested by people will be reusable rooms dedicated to that particular couple i.e Changbin x Felix room, all dates they want will be held in that one with photos being switched out at request. 

4.0 } Feedback time: I ask that everyone in the roleplay takes time to fill out this survey/feedback form. I will make this the activity check for this month instead of a point requirement. Link to the survey is here or here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HR6WGBW. Adding this open link for mobile users who rely on the comment version of announcements. The survey itself shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes depending on the length of your answers. As this is the activity check, a room has been made up for you to post in when you are completed. Please put the word "nari" in to show you've read the instructions properly, thank you. The check will last from February 3rd through to February 10th. That's a week. Those who fail will be removed and will need to comment back to join. 

5.0 } Valentines Day Event:
➠ 5.1 } The Valentines Day event this year is a simple but cute. The event will have two activities you can do: Mail messages and Secret roses.
➠ 5.2 } For Mail Messages, you can stop by the room dedicated to it for a detailed list of instructions, but the gist of it is you send a PM to the dedicated cupid for the event along with a photo and a message directed to someone/s in the roleplay and the cupid will add this message to the mail letter in the person/s' profile. These mail messages are NOT anonymous. They will know who sent the message. This is a cute little thing to spread happiness and joy to people you care about, both romantic of platonic. Do not feel these can only be given to lovers. Below is the mail card we are using. You can click on it to see a larger version.

➠ 5.3 } For Secret Roses, you can stop by the room dedicated to to it for a detailed list of instructions but the gist of it is you once again PM the dedicated cupid a sweet message and photo of rose/s {optional} for special people you'd like to secretly admire. The person receiving the rose will be tagged in the room along with the supplied message but the admirer will not be known. These can again be used for both friends and lovers, just know that they are announced anonymously, so the receiver of the rose will not know who sent the rose.
➠ 5.4 } both of these rooms can be found under the 0.5 event tab toward the top. This tab is also where all future events will be placed.

6.0 } Just a simple side note: the "android" admins 9s and 2b have finally been retired. When we first opened as Moonlight Origin the concept of having the androids was fun and helped to single out the adminning characters. Over the last nine months, we have grown and shrunk to a point where 9s and 2b don't really have a purpose anymore, because you all know admins as our cores: Yuzuru, Shoma, Felix and now Jaemin. Some rooms might still say to tag 9s/2b and if they do please disregard. I'll get on top of changing rooms to merely say tag an admin. Thank you.

Thank you for putting up with yet another long announcement. I do try to keep them to the point but sometimes I can't just summarise things in a couple paragraphs. Comment "lily" on this announcement when you finish so I know you read and as always I'll put a copy of the text in the comments for people who don't see the layout on their devices.
