first of all, thank you all so much for giving felicity a chance. at first, i never thought our small faily would grow to be this big; i'm overjoyed to see everyone around. i hope you all consider felicity a safe place to go to and a pillar of strength to rely on. our happy family will always be here for you no matter what.

second, i would like to raise a concern that one of my coadmins has brought up the entire day. we're all very aware that our rp allows minors, but we are sometimes unaware of them around us and we might accidentally say inappropriate things around or towards them. hence, we will now be requiring the characer's age to be part of the application for, and as for the ones that are already here, please do tag any of the four admin characters with your character(s) ages. this is mandatory, and this will be proof that you have read the announcement. 

lastly, i would like us as a family to collectively extend our deepest empathy and sincere support to the #blacklivesmatter movement. if you have not been seeing the news, a man named george floyd was murdered by the police by holding a knee against his neck. this violence has led to the uprising of the black community and has gained support from many others from all around the globe. this has gotten so bad that even the amish, the wiccans and anonymous have joined in support to protest against this violence.

i will not allow my rp to stay quiet in the midst of this, we must all be informed and aware of the issues at hand. as said by martin luther king jr., a time comes when silence is betrayal. i will not allow any of us to stay silent. a simple post to show our support with the hashtag #blacklivesmatter on any social media platform will be enough. if we can, let us offer our prayers to the victims. let us comfort and support the black people close to us.

it is not only george floyd who is the victim, but countless other lives of our black brothers and sisters who are facing cruelty and oppression from the american government. these are hijabi women who are getting their hijabs ripped way from them, homeless men and women being attacked while sleeping, children being violated and harmed, people with their hands in the air being shot and injured protesters not being given the right to medical attention. neutrality is our enemy, let's show our stance.
