Greetings, citizens of Aerok!

firstly, i would like to thank all of you for joining and making this rp more active than we admins have initially expected! the love we got from you guys is really more than what we expected, and we can't thank you guys enough for that. we will do our best to make things more enjoyable for us without being too strict.

however, to be able to avoid chaos and problems in the future, we would have to implement a few more rules to ensure smooth rp-ing and plotting among the characters. we apologize for the trouble we have caused, as we were caught off-guard by how active and inspired you guys are, but we have to do this.

we emphasize:

a. in the description, we have already made it clear that it would end up as family versus family, not enemies WITHIN a family. you can find this in the main layout and/or the faq. however, connections with other families will be inevitable because of the arranged marriages, which we will be releasing soon. you must keep in mind that despite the marriages, your loyalties should remain with your house. however, betrayals within a family is still allowed, as long as it's given admin consent. in order to proceed, pm any admin and we will decide if we will allow it or not. please keep in mind that we have the right to refuse ― this is to ensure the smooth flow of the rp, even while dealing with the various reactions we get from the users.

b. it is important for the users to tell the admins of every single plot that could possibly affect the flow of the roleplay. this includes but is not limited to: betrayals, secret love affairs, gaining/selling information, etc. we are stressing this again, because each and every one of the characters within the roleplay will be affected, whether it be big or small. think of it as a butterfly affect ― we are all connected, and your actions will have their consequences, regardless of its size. if a plot point has not been run through an admin and given consent by the admin team, we will not be acknowledging it.

c. we will have more events in the future, but to ensure that it is smooth and that no ooc problems arise, please make sure to communicate with your family members via your respective group pms first before doing anything big or major. you are a family, regardless of your role. your actions affect the house you represent, and vice versa. you will be involved in everything that will happen, as we want this roleplay not to exclude people as much as possible. we admins will be talking to our respective families during said events, and will be giving an instruction guide on how to act based on what you guys tell us about your connections. you can also tell us your ideas, of course.

d. finally, to clarify things: non-royals are not allowed to take the throne for themselves. you are, however, allowed to choose your allegiances. but keep in mind that everything should go through the admins beforehand in order not to complicate things even more.
