character activity
Hello, everyone! The admins have become aware that everyone is currently swamped with classes and/or work, so we thought we would adjust the rules a little bit in hopes that the activity requirement would be less demanding.
The inactivity sign will now be sent out within 10 days of your last post instead of 7. We hope that the extra time will be less stressful for the friends juggling real life responsibilities and RPR.

As always, you have 48 hours after receiving the inactive warning to remove the sign from your name before getting kicked. This should give you enough time to post on whatever in character room (all excluding the information tab and muggle zone) to reclaim activity. Failure to do so will result in getting an immediate boot.
However, you will only have two chances. The first two inactivities will result in warnings. The third inactivity will result in an immediate boot.
Friendly reminder that all of you were expected to have 75 points a week after joining, and you must have at least one active thread or else you will be considered inactive and marked a character hogger.
If you are having a hard time maintaining activity, please don't be afraid to reach out to start any kind of thread! We also have events released very often, so please join if you can! Again, if you need any help, please reach out to the admins.
If real life is getting too overwhelming, or if your muse is running low for the time being, you are more than welcome to request a hiatus for up to 3 weeks and a semi-hiatus for up to 2 weeks. Always make sure to check in with the admins at least a day before your semi or full hiatus is up in case you need an extension.

Last but not least, please don't be afraid to offer some suggestions if you have any ideas regarding activity or the roleplay in general. We want to make Magicians as fun and creatively stimulating for you all! So please feel free to reach out and tell us your ideas!
For an easy way to (hopefully) bring about activity, please advertise! Of course, you're not obligated to, but we greatly appreciate those who do! As always, you (and your house) will be awarded 10 points for each advertisement you post!
Thank you all for being so patient with us. We have more events coming (maybe one or two this week ヾ(๑╹◡╹)ノ" ). Oh, and speaking of events, click here for an in-character timeline of Magicians events.
Now, to make sure you have read this announcement, I need to take roll: your name and house, please. What are your thoughts on the rule change? Do you have any suggestions in mind?
