Hi guys, I think it’s time. It’s finally time for me to retire! I have been contemplating this for the past week, as my personal life has been quite hectic. You all have made the rp an amazing place to join and an inclusive place to be at. But...
We’re implementing a moderator system! :D We are looking for mini moderators (our little eggies) who want to foster and help grow an inclusive warm environment to others. This isn’t a permanent role and we’ll be switching out moderators on a routinely basis.
Some good qualities in people we’d look for are:
- Outgoing and friendly
- Interactive
- Considerate
- Fairly active
- Willing to take more responsibility in the room to maintain a safe space
This position is an attempt to help the room flow in a way where we can minimize exclusivity. We understand that not everyone can always feel welcome; things will happen. Moderators are expected to give the admins feedback every other week, regarding the room environment, what things are working well for the roleplay/program, and what things we change.
Please use this link to fill out an application. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to sign up, if you have the time! That being said, it’s okay if you don’t want to sign up for this. But, if you look out for others and try to include them, we’d very much appreciate it. Please comment below with “baguette” after you finished reading the whole announcement. This application will be opening up again at a later time. So if you change your mind or are wanting to apply but can’t because of timing issues, don’t fret! We hope you guys take this into consideration! :D
In addition to this, we are going to add a slow chat! This room will be available to you when the main chat gets hard to follow. The same rules in the main chat apply to the slow room and some tagging will be allowed but please keep it to a minimum (no more than 3 continuous tags total)!
