Upcoming Event: Forest Beasts

For the past few weeks there have been rumours of colossal creatures made from plants roaming the forests. Hunters have disappeared, travellers have failed to return, and all trades from the North have seemingly vanished. For a week, the farmlands have been displaying signs of infertile and poisoned lands. And now infants in the farmlands have started disappearing from right under the parents noses... It's time to do something about it...

This event will have a few parts to it.
Part 1 - The court meeting. In order to inform the citizens of the dangers, it has been declared that a meeting will start in the palace court, and all are invited to join. Here all will be warned about the goings-on, and those who are brave enough will be able to volunteer to help find a solution.
Part 2 - The emperor and a group of warriors, guards, and hunters will head into the forests to try to find out what is causing the issues and eliminate it. While this is going on, those that remain in the city will be helping to set up food reserves and fortify the city walls in case the fighting party aren't successful.
Part 3 - Our four chosen heroes will start to have incredibly vivid dreams that begin to prevent them from sleeping. These dreams appear to be a warning.
