new rooms and adjusted room guidelines

Woo here to announce the upbringing of 2 new rooms under the 'basics' tab

1. One of the den members brought up the idea that we should have a tag chat (like an ic chat for tags) since when people start talking in tags in the main chat it makes some people feel unwelcomed to be in the chat and left out
   After some discussion and experience sharing us admins have decided to make a tags-specific ic chat so that if you need to talk to a specific person you can go to the 'chat:tags' room and tag them rather than being exclusive and talking to one person in the main chat.
   With that said, a couple room-specific guidelines follow:

• chat:main is for talking to everyone currently in the room.
  If you have a conversation going on with a specific person you may still carry along with it as long as you're not on tags. 
  I know sometimes that can get confusing but to reduce confusion you can address the person by their names or just go by context or if there's an action going on just have to specify who the action is being done to.
  If you need to tag them because you're not going to be online or going mobile or have work or other things to do, kindly bring the conversation to the tags chat.
   
• chat:tags is where all the in character tag chatting will be happening from now on.
  But please do note that the chatroom is in character so please keep ooc to a minimum.

2. The confessions page is live.
   
   I know from experience that sometimes the confessions page ends up being toxic and all but admin woohyuk will personally be managing all incoming confessions to make sure they have no ill intentions. Only those that have ZERO ill intentions will be posted to the page to eliminate drama for we admins want this place to be a safe place for EVERYONE.
   The guidelines for this page can be found in the confessions page itself.
