Private Homes

Housing has been cleaned up so that those that aren't here anymore don't just have houses sitting around. They have been added to our "For Sale" listings if anyone is interested. Their prices are listed within the room but, just for a heads up:

Houses: 1000 points to own

Apartments and Condos: 500 points to own + 50 points a month in rent

If you would like to have your own apartment, house or condo built, that will cost 2000 points and requests can be made here. Just be sure to include the links to the pictures that you would like to have for the rooms of your new home.

Once a purchase has been completed and the points have been taken to complete it, any further adjustments to your home will cost you 50 points per room addition. That is regardless of which type of home you have.

Rent

It is my fault that the rent room hasn't been properly kept up with, meaning that rent has fallen behind. As it is my fault that the payments hadn't been followed through with, I will not be taking them out.

That being said, starting December 1 (EST), the monthly payment deductions will start back up again. Please, make sure that you have enough points to complete the transaction when the time comes.

At the moment, rent is set to be taken out on the same day of the month each home was individually purchased. Should this possibly get too out of hand, or too messy to follow, payments may eventually all be done on the same day of the month just to make the process smoother. Sharing Homes

This is just a note for future reference that it is very much acceptable for two people to share the purchase and residence of a home, regardless of relationship between the two (ie. friendship, business partners, significant others, etc.). At the moment, we've only done the max of two to share a residence. Requests for sharing a home can also be made here as well.

I believe that's everything. So, if there are any questions, suggestions or concerns, you can either PM me or put them down in the comments. I'm going to attempt to assist in cleaning up some more things or at least checking through the rooms to make sure that nothing has been missed. If you have a request or something of the sort that has been waiting for a reply, please, don't hesitate to let me know so that I can either respond or check on it for you!
