Hey everyone! Admin Apple here, I’m here to go over a few things and the main thing is looking for help aka co-admins. We just lost another one of our admins and I appreciate Friday and everything they did for us and the community. I’ll be sure to keep in contact with them.
I will be getting busier starting next month since I will be starting my new job within an airline so I won’t have much computer time, maybe partial phone time but most of the time I will be on a plane traveling around.
First of all, we will be hiring three or four co-admins. If you are interested please dm me (wooyoung) and I will get to you as soon as I can.
Secondly, we have a list of requirements and expectations here.
RPR Admin Requirements & Expectations:

Have previous admin experience. (Depends really, I’ll ask you questions if you don’t have any experience.

Be familiar with layout editing, you don’t have to be an expert but know enough.

Be able to review applications thoroughly. (proper password, ensure rank is input into name, copy+paste into bio)

Be able to access a computer if necessary. (most things can be done on a phone but some things are easier via computer.)

Be transparent and non biased in arguments or issues amongst the RP and Rpers. (very big one here, we don’t want to be taking sides in serious situations)

Be able to openly communicate with the other admins.

No time zone requirements.
Admin Roles:
Admin 1:

Accept applicants after reviewing their application.

The admins we are hiring for are one for Admin 1, two for Admin 2, and one for Admin 3. If you think you can take on more than one role or help with the other roles, feel free to do so but just let me and other admins know so we have it all in mind.
Another feature we’re thinking of adding is instead of having our character play the admin part, we’ll have specific characters like things related to themes as our main admin character. If that’s hard to understand, let me give an example.
Say the admin theme will be Genshin characters, I would have Zhongli as my main admin character instead of Wooyoung and you would all be tagging Zhongli for any requests you have. We'll talk about these more once you're officially part of the team.
I wanted to sincerely apologize to the people who are expecting more out of this RP, right now with the current situation with my work transition and the loss of an admin, it is going to be hard for both tangerine and I to keep up and I hope you all can understand given the circumstances.
