very important announcement coming up so please read through each point thoroughly especially the one regarding our activity check!
1) NEW KARAOKE ROOM RULES!
just to reiterate some room rules, albeit lenient in terms of using abc in the karaoke room, we would like to refrain from spamming. for abcs, this means no usage of bots and one letter must be followed by another so no pressing of one letter throughout.
for example, this is allowed; abcdefg or aaaabbbbccccddddeeee or aaaaaaabbabccccdeee (you get the gist, do it manually one letter per post)
besides that, song lyrics are most definitely allowed.
2) ACTIVITY CHECK!
it's time to do some spring cleaning WOHHHHHH for our activity check, we have created a little system + spreadsheet so please take a look through those.
there are point requirements for your characters depending on when they were created from the creation date of this roleplay 28th january 2023 (check the date on your profile for the creation date of your characters).
POINTS REQUIREMENTS!
(a) created within 28 jan - 4 feb: 3,000 points
(b) created within 5 - 11 feb: 2,000 points
(c) created within 12 - 25 feb: 1,500 points
(d) created within 26 feb - 16 march: 1,000 points
(e) created within 17 - 24 march: 200 points
DO NOTE! if these point requirements have been met, for your activity check you are only asked to add +100 points. if the points requirements have not been met you must add +300 points. if your character is currently on hiatus, you are only required to add +50 points. understand, you can no longer go on hiatus once this announcement is up.
PENALTY! if you fail to complete the activity check, you will be kicked out. following the end of the ac, you will not be allowed to get your character back immediately. there will be a cooldown period of 1 week in which your character will not be saved or reserved and is up for grabs. if accepted again, you must gain 300 points within the week.
RULES! the karaoke room will be closed during the activity check. hidden rooms will remain opened but no spamming allowed. spamming abcs or counting in slow room is also prohibited. talking to yourself is fine though. this is the general rule already, the slow chat is meant for those who are unable to keep up with the main chat's speed.

END DATE! 31 march 2023 at 23:59 (gmt+ 8)

once completed with your activity check, tag either admin in the ooc room.
