to make the in person chat more interactive, i decided to add two bartender npcs! you can apply and leave whenever you please, and they won't count as a character for you (which means it won't use up your limited capacity for four characters)!
just apply whenever (no application form), and if someone is still on the character and hasn't used them for some time, i'll kick the current person and let you apply! just tag momo in ooc or pm me if anything!
if this goes well, we'll add more npc characters!
