Dorms are free and automatically created for students.
They are customizable, but do not go overboard. You're in an academy, not at home or in a mansion. You can have a fancy room, but don't send in an apartment.
Pregnancies, either from a result of breeding your hybrids at the mating center or sleeping with them yourself, must be reported so I can keep track of the population. Female and male hybrids can both conceive, so be careful.
