Here’s the deal.

There’s problems in our circus and those problems aren’t specific to us, but things happen and in order for the RP not to die we need to figure out ways to keep it alive. Ways that can happen is by keeping the new people that join us feeling welcome and not secluding ourselves to speak to certain people when there’s a plethora of lovely performers for you to choose from.

Here’s the deal, part two.

Our petty dramas need to be pushed aside. I remade the circus to keep a drama free zone but now it feels like we’re heading down the same path and I don’t want that happened and I think everyone can agree with me.

Here’s the deal, part three.

I can’t just bark out orders and expect everyone to form a single file line and heed my commands. You’re not dogs and it’ll just end up with you guys cooperating for a few days then we’ll all fall out of line. So we’re going to have a new system. Every time you speak to someone new and RP with them you’ll get a prize. Whenever you replay and you hit 50 points you’ll get a reward. Maybe that reward will be choosing our next destination or having a special room just for yourself and the person of your choice.

Here’s the catch, though. You only get rewards for following rules.

The problem with RP’s like ours that have been going on since the beginning is that they grow stale, people get so wound up in the history they have with the old performers that they neglect and drive away our new ones. I’m not pinning the blame on everyone, I’m at fault as well for many things and I’ve been a poor leader to you all these past few days, but it’s time for change. Perhaps you’ll all disregard it, but I’m not afraid to kick people out any more – even if we do have a history.

That being said, RP more and greet the new people more kindly. Then you’ll get a prize.

I’ll need suggestions from everyone on what they’d like as prizes, or what they’d like to be seen done for games and shows so that I can keep organizing things for everyone and help keep our circus alive.

I need your help. I can’t do this alone.

In turn, I will try and be more of the leader I should be here and keep my authoritarian status active for when it needs to be used. This frown is turning into a smile from now on and I expect the same from everyone else.
