IMPORTANT

OK.....seriously. There if a reason why in the RULES it freaking says 

"DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOUR REQUEST IS ACCEPTED"

THERE IS A FREAKING REASON FOR THIS...

Some requested a character and I accepted their request

BUT SOMEONE ELSE APPLIED FOR THAT CHARACTER AND NOW THAT PERSON CAN'T BE THEM.

READ THE FREAKING RULES.

THEY'RE THERE FOR A REASON.

I admit....quiet a few people applied this way, but i was relaxed about it because THIS wasn't happening. I knew something like this was going to happen eventually so it's my fault for not addressing this before.

Request BEFORE you apply.

It's unfair for the person that actually followed the rules to not be able to RP as who they wanted just because someone else didn't.
