Each Victor gets their own three-floor mansion, its specific layout is showed on the Victor Village page.
ONLY Victors may enter here unless you have been pre-approved by the Chairman.
And even then you must be invited by a Victor before you can ask the Chairman for entry.
Which brings me to say, the Victors have finished voting for the Chairman of the Victor Circle.
It was close.
the Chairman for the durency of Game 8 and Game 9 will be Kim Jongin.
