2013. After years of lying low, Breel has opened again in the hands of a strong, affluent partnership composed of different privileged companies that have taken much interest in reviving the university. And now the institution’s going well with tons of renovations made, the students inhabiting it are still not fascinated by the school’s tedious environment. Without official aid coming from Breel, a few select students have dug up the university’s roots to stir things up in a not-so-rebellious way: the founding of The Rebel Press.
The OPENING
A message from the publishers;
Whether it’s teenage drama or childish antics, every university has its own fair share of interesting happenings. There will always be newsmongers willing to dish up the latest rumors to the student body, some of them even keeping an eye over what may seem like sources of hot topics and whatnot. Whether you’re just a plain engrossed reader, or the victim of a seriously riveting story, you’ll surely be setting forth to find out about one thing: the truth.
And the truth doesn’t just come from the mere stories circulating here and there, alright.
We, the Rebel University publishing staff, give you a very gratifying shot here at The Rebel Press—the chance to finally divulge intriguing episodes in any corner of the university that maybe only you have witnessed.
If you think you’ve braced yourself enough to send us the most noteworthy articles, then go ahead, fellow rebel. Trust us, because the sources of these affairs shall forever go unsung.

Hey guys!
If you still haven't figured out what this event is all about, The Rebel Press is a newspaper for Breel University's students. Like what the brief history said, the newspaper is published and distributed by the students themselves, with no affiliation from the university. This event will be permanent; meaning, it will be running in the roleplay forever.
So, how does it work, you say? Read below.
// MECHANICS.
+ Every roleplayer is allowed to submit no more than (2) articles per issue regarding any interesting/scandalous event/happening among any students of Breel, situated either outside or inside of the university. You must paste the article and upload screenshots of the roleplay paras in either wall/room as evidences, like what is required in THIS form.
+ You must specify your character name. Don't worry, it will not be revealed by the admins. You may use a pen name/pseudonym, just indicate it in the form. If not indicated, the article will just be cited by Anonymous.
+ The publishers will not include every entry submitted. We will still filter and proofread the chosen articles. The number of articles to be published will be decided every issue as well.
+ The newspaper will be displayed in 'The Rebel Press' room in the form of a layout. Everyone is encouraged to roleplay out their reactions while "reading the newspaper" (regardless of your character's location), since the room will still be open for posting. For example, Krystal is reading the newspaper in history class, but her roleplayer must roleplay her reactions in The Rebel Press room.
+ The authors of the chosen articles will be receiving 150 points. Those that are not picked will still receive a consolation reward of 30 points for every submitted article. This is also why you must include your character name in the form.
+ The Rebel Press will publish a new issue every 1 or 2 months, depending on the decision of the admins.
