Hello fellow roleplayers! We know many of you are busy so this update will be brief, but contain some important information regarding the roleplay and upcoming activity here at The Dome. First and foremost here are the results from the Event Poll we took last week asking for your opinions on the next Event.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the voting process, we certainly appreciate your feedback. Please look forward to option B to come this Friday October, 18th, 2013 sometime during the afternoon.
The Dome Role Play has also added a grammar link to our FAQ section which will take you directly to the tumblr account which has been dedicated to the cause. New posts will probably come on a weekly basis and the types of assistance will vary depending on what seems needed. The option to ask questions is also available, so if there's something you're not sure about or need some extra help in feel free to ask. Below is a screen capture of what you should see at the bottom of our FAQ section.
Now the next few topics are extremely brief, so they have been bullet pointed instead to make the information easier to go through.
New Rooms

Confessions "Secrets"

Dorm Rooms
. . . . . . . The desire for individual dorm rooms has been expressed on more than one occasion by a few people. Our compromise with having
. . . . . . . individual dorm rooms is to allow for rooms consisting of three roommates. Roommates will be chosen at random and be of the same
. . . . . . . gender. If you are interested in having a dorm room to post in please go to the Request Room and fill out the small form required. If
. . . . . . . for any reason there is someone you absolutely do not wish to have a room with for whatever reason please pm Admin Mir. No
. . . . . . . questions asked or explanation required, we just want to avoid bad blood. Rooms are not required, however the previous
. . . . . . . Male/Female/Analyst Dorms will become Lounges instead, serving as the common room.
OOC Room
. . . . . . . Lately there have been quite a few new people joining and going straight to the OOC Room which is perfectly acceptable, but I am a
. . . . . . . little disappointed to say that sometimes their posts are ignored. In the same token two or more people one after another have
. . . . . . . posted "would anyone like to rp?" but not answered the person below them asking the same thing. All we ask for is a little etiquette
. . . . . . . in the OOC Room guys, no one likes to feel ignored. If your post should get buried beneath a sea of people chatting don't feel bad,
. . . . . . . that happens all the time. Don't be too shy to greet people on their walls and ask to roleplay either, it is a very very friendly group
