Signaling Halloween's arrival was a costume party held in Seoul city's most luxurious hotel. Everyone eligible is to attend with an individual costume or formal wear with, at least, a mask- if one dislikes putting effort in figuring out what kind of character they should dress up as- and also mingle with inhabitants of the city without an ounce of threat. As many people know about the rising conflict between Madnesses and Jetts, this party was made in replacement of a peace treaty- just for one night.
For that one night, no one is supposed to know each other's identity; no one is supposed to know what lies behind the mask. If any Madness or Jett, maybe even humans, were to assault a fellow guest, they shall be immediately placed under custody for a period of time, serving the hotel.
As it is a hotel, we will be expecting some drunken hanky-panky going on in the rooms after the party ends.
