so i won't allow things to go like they did till now
if you're innactive and didn't told to a admin you're on hiatus\semi-hiatus , your is out
who has two characters and let one of them inactive i'll kick both characters out
if you got a 2nd character till now , well you're lucky
cuz from now on i won't accept a 2nd character anymore , whoever has it already can keep it , but BE ACTIVE ON BOTH
