Can we all just try to combat all the negativity with some positive? Like don't try to be happy all the time, that's not realistic, but once a day, find something good or positive in the day. Like maybe you're having a good hair day. Or you talked to your crush. Or you got out of bed. Or be thankful you didn't die in your sleep. Just find something. Because if all you're going to talk about is how sad or upset you are or how everything is going wrong or how ty this one moment is, no one is going to want to continue to talk to you. If you have a friend you can vent to in private or express your feelings to or if you need to go see a therapist, please do it. Help yourself. Misery loves company but if that's your thing I don't want to be a part of that. We all have going on that stresses us out or makes us sad and mad and all types of negative emotions. We don't want yours too. At least, not on an everyday basis. At the very least not me, I don't want it if that's all you have to offer.
