No one knows why they become a Shinigami, was it a blessing or a curse? Over time Shinigami were called grim reapers in the human realm, told to have no faces, unknown to them it was definitely something to be feared. Those who collected souls were the reapers, jobs were given out to them to those who were dying or deserved to die. Shinigami only know parts of their history before they became what they are, other jobs are placed in the sanctuary, those being admin, the ones who look after the souls and sort them accordingly and the officers who keep everything in check for the ceo as those who make trouble are sure to be punished. The ceo has no patience for imperfections.
