Beneath the Canopy, a city/bar au
Beneath the Canopy is a place that hires only those who meet it's requirements. The owner of the establishment created it as a place to house those with nothing and esentially turn them into the city's saviours. Only god knows how corrupted the cops and gov't are in this day and age. The gov't of course would not be ok for a establishment that trains to fight against them, hence the bar coverup. The bar is essentially an undercover business, hence Beneath the Canopy.
