you're not alone.
it's important to talk about things, whether it be to a friend, a family member or a professional helper. it's important to let it all out, whether it be after an hour, a week or a year from what happened. keeping things to yourself may lead to those emotions and events starting to haunt you. nightmares, panic attacks, flashbacks. you deserve so much better.
you're never alone.
it wasn't your fault. being a victim is never your fault. don't blame yourself for anything. they are the ones who should be ashamed, not you.
you won't be alone.
please, for the sake of your own physical and mental health, disassociate yourself from the people who hurt you. it might hurt. you might still love them and they might tell you they'll treat you better but it's still better to leave it behind.
there are and there will be others who love you. there will be others who treat you better.
lastly, it may take a while to heal. hell, you might never heal completely. but even then you don't have to be alone with the pain.
no matter who you are or what your background is, i love you. you're phenomenal. don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
