working out is a hard thing to do..
infact, i gave up more than 3 times on it otl.
so i figured.. why not make blogs about it ?
( sorry if it gets annoying though. just let me know and i'll stop it.)


for those who /are/ interested.
i have decided to do atleast 30 mins of jogging/running a day.
for the whooollleee july o uo;;
+ august.

starting date: july 8th
ending date: august 20th 
( ending that early because school ._. )

Jog for a 1 hour and half but with some breaks. you lose weight faster cause your burning off more than what you ate that day
