i agree with everything i'm seeing, personally also loves the addition of a music player too though- not like it's too important though, just choosing a song for each character gives me muse haha

i think layouts are more functional and can be usable when they have "sections" instead of "background" and "personality"-- also a layout where you can remove those sections and not ruin the entire layout
then the layout becomes handy for rp rps and chat rps

oh, and something that's not too big or small.

i usually just want a background section, a lovers section and a section for aesthetics if possible. generally, i like more simplistic designs.

im that how with 15 lil doodads for everything:
- background
- personality
- tidbits (quick facts like age, ual orientation, etc)
- ooc
- friends
- past dp’s
- lover
- plot tracker
- something fancy for the name
- maybe a small corner for external links like padlets, playlists, other plot ideas

If I'm wanting something simple I tend to go for something with just a spot for a background, a personality, and maybe a ooc section as well
But if its a full profile I like to look for ones that have a bio (background/personality), a lover and/or friends sections, a rp tracker, and a ooc section. Sometimes even a spot for music but rarely
