It’s okay to feel scared 

it’s okay to feel vulnerable 

it’s okay to not feel okay 

it’s okay if you don’t want to deal with people today 

it’s okay if you don’t want to get out of bed 

it’s okay to feel like you are lost

 

 

in the end it’s okay, your feelings are important to you don’t give a when people belittle your feelings. If it matters to you, it will matter to somebody
