So it's hard to find other people who use Japanese fc. Much harder to find those in the visual kei/jrock commuity as well.

I really want to make an rp based off Japanese fcs and probably make it like set in Tokyo. 

How many people would join? And it would be jpop, jrock, actors/actress, models, jgv, jav, etc..
