because i forgot things, pls click if you reserved for galini

so, i still have your reserves saved and noted for y'all, but i forgot i wanted you guys to say what you want to join as, offer to help y'all with names and if needed, and tell you about the limit thingies we're putting on each race/species. this is why i shouldn't blog late at night njdnajnjfa. but yes— let's delve into this .

species and their limits

to long story short this, we're going to be adding in a new species (halflings) but they will make up less than 8% of the total population. the specific breakdown will be as follows:

• 20 terrans (10 M, 10 F)
• 20 thalassans (10 M, 10 F)
• 6 halflings (3 M, 3 F)

trying to keep at least a little balanced with this, but if we get any more than the limit, we'll up it gradually. we still have plenty of spots for y'all though. here is the current population breakdown:

• 8 terrans (2 M, 6 F)
• 12 thalassans (8 M, 4 F)
• 2 halflings (1 M, 1 F)

this means we'll be accepting 8 male terrans and 4 female terrans, 2 male thalassans and 6 female thalassans, and 2 male and female halflings each. that's 24 available slots and we currently have 13 undecided reserves. this is the part where y'all come in.

officially reserving

like i said, i'm still saving your reserves and for y'all, but you guys just need to do two things for me in the comments:

• state which type of human you'll want your character(s) to be [if you have two reserves, you will have to pick two different things]
• let me know if you'll need help with a name or tell me a name you're already thinking of using [a first name and last initial will do tbh]

after that, you're good to go, but here is the list of current reserves i have.

• male: hwang hyunjin, kim jongin, hong jisoo, lee taeyong, na jaemin, kim seokwoo, park jimin, kim mingyu
• female: kim chungha, son chaeyoung, minatozaki sana, kanna hashimoto, son hyejoo, seo soojin, kim minji, jang yeeun, jo haseul

if you reserved one of the above, positions are first come first serve, but like i said, we have 24 open slots and 13 reserved characters, so i don't think it'll be all that bad for y'all. please comment below so i can make sure i have everything ready for the revamp when it happens. speaking of, i have an update!

update and sidenotes

did a vote in the rp for whether or not the current population would want to stay or move threads for the revamp, and staying at the current galini thread was ahead by 9 votes i think. that said, if you want to join, it'll be at the old thread and after renovations. if that discourages you from joining (i know some of y'all are funny about joining older and "established" rps and ), then my feelings won't be hurt if you back out. just make sure you tell me you don't wanna join so i can remove the reserve. i will say, though, that we've been a small rp since we opened and we're pretty chill activity wise. i'm not sure how that'll change with the new people who want to join, but i'm not expecting that to change too much.

...i think that's all the important i needed to say, but if i think of something else, i'll update you guys again. some of you are probably wondering when the revamp is really gonna happen, and i'm with you there, but i'm trying not to rush into it, so don't expect it in like a few days or whatever. we admins have done a little of a lot, but we still have a little of a lot left to do before we can reopen and everything. we're not gonna rush things so we can give you something worthy, or at least try to. please be patient with us and we'll let you know what goes on the more we progress. thank you guys for your support again, and remember that if you reserved, i'll need the above info from ya!!
